For many, today is filled with joy and happiness, but for others, it can be overwhelming or bittersweet. I’m sending so much love to anyone who finds this time of year challenging.

As we soak in the festivities, let’s also remember not to be fooled by social media. Behind every perfect photo is real life—messy, beautiful, and perfectly imperfect. Be kind to yourself, don’t compare, and hold on to what matters most.
